Our upcoming Domino’s fundraiser helps support student success at IMS by funding academic programs, student development, and school-wide initiatives that benefit all students.

On Thursday, January 15th, we will host Caney in both the Girls' and Boys' basketball games! It will be the girls finale and the boys start of the season. Our student section is sponsored by Quality Toyota! We appreciate Quality Toyota's support of our students!

4 pm - Girls "B" Game
445 pm - Boys "B" Game
545 pm - Girls "A" Game
645 pm - Boys "A" Game

Our Female Athlete of the Week is Morgan Byrd! Morgan consistently displays a great attitude every day. She consistently does the little things right in practice and works hard to support her teammates. Her effort and positivity make a big impact, and we’re proud to recognize her as our Athlete of the Week!

Our Male Athlete of the Week is Rex Reynolds! Rex is involved in both Quiz Bowl and Basketball and consistently works hard in everything he does. He never misses an early practice, always brings a great attitude, and is a great teammate who leads by example. We’re proud to recognize Rex as our Athlete of the Week!

We are pleased to announce that the Ash Youth Center (Independence Recreation Commission) has made a donation, allowing all our IMS students to attend the Girls' Basketball game against Fort Scott for free.
