Our Male Athlete of the Week is Emmett Pearson. Coach says, "Emmett is a tough, hardworking athlete who consistently puts the team first. He does the little things that don’t always show up on the stat sheet but make a big impact on winning. A quiet leader, he leads by example with his grit and consistency every day. Our team is better because of him."

Our Female Athlete of the week is Serenity Bechtle! Coach says "Serenity Bechtle is the cheer athlete of the week. Serenity is a steady leader on our squad who is dependable and reliable. She brings a calm presence and respect by following directions and asking questions to ensure she understands what to do. Her confidence has grown from football cheer to boys' basketball cheer, and this shows in her actions during games. Serenity does what I ask her to do and never complains. Her positive attitude and work ethic model what it means to follow."

Our Male Athlete of the week is Paxton Barnhart! Coach says, "Paxton Barnhart is in his 2nd year of quiz bowl, coming to practice each day with contagious enthusiasm and success. It is rare that you find a student who thoroughly enjoys learning as much as Paxton. He follows the rules and etiquette of quiz bowl and encourages his teammates to do the same. He has become an asset to our team and demonstrated strong leadership. I'm glad Paxton is on our team and can't wait to see his continued growth!"
