Our Female Athlete of the Week is Essence Lemos. Coach says "I am excited to that Essence Lemos is our athlete of the week. Essence has put in a lot of hard work and dedication to doing the little things better. I appreciate her attitude and her willingness to receive feedback on how to improve in the little things.
