To conclude our unit on the restaurant industry we learned about celebrity chefs & the Michelin guide. We created a recipe by a celebrity chef as a lab. We did Gordon Ramsay’s Focaccia pizza!

This tool is essential for preparing students for postsecondary success. Additionally, this topic will be presented during your student-led conferences later this spring. It is Garde Manger aka Salad week in Culinary arts! The students learned about components of a salad & picked their own salad to create. From Top left: Cobb salad with homemade ranch, fruit salad, cucumber ranch salad, & chicken Caesar salad. All students got to try the variety made!
