Runner Up is Ryan Sandon with Lynna Clark coming in a close 3rd. It was a great way to showcase the amazing students we have! Both Taylor and Ryan will represent IMS but if one of them can’t compete, Lynna will be a representative. Great job to all the contestants! #TheBulldogWay

Our Athlete of the Week is James Kistler. The coaches say, “James is a hard working young man. He is a very coachable kid and has a great passion for the game of basketball. James also played football for IMS and performed at high levels for us. Everyday James shows up and gives 100%, a great leader on and off the court. One thing that amazes me about him is how fun is to be around him and how respectful he is to his coaches and teammates.”
James, we appreciate you and the effort you give, inside and outside, of our Building. Good luck this weekend and keep up the good work! #TheBulldogWay
Bulldogs win all 3 games tonight in Coffeyville. They’re back in action Saturday at the SEK Shootout in Independence. 7A will be at the Ash Center and 8A will be at Losey Gym. Bulldogs will start the day off at 830 am against Coffeyville in both gyms! #TheBulldogWay
Great Event on Sunday!! All community members are encouraged and invited to come celebrate! #TheBulldogWay
IMS is finding other ways to motivate students to get the grades! We have privately funded this new initiative with the help of a private donation and some amazing businesses. Students who earn a 4.0 or all A's, in the second semester will be put into a raffle and a 6th, 7th and 8th grader will be drawn. The winner's will all earn a new pair of shoes (up to $150 value). So if a student wants a pair of J's, boots or a pair of heels, it's up to them! We think this will be a great way to motivate our students, bring some excitement to doing well in the classroom and also will recognize our great students. #TheBulldogWay
