Our Female Athlete of the Week is Zoie Raida! Coach says "Zoie has done a tremendous job this year. She is a competitor and it's hard to believe she has only wrestled for a few weeks. Not only does she practice and compete hard, she communicates extremely well and is such a good person. We're thankful she was a part of our team this year and we look forward to her future success. "

Our Male Athlete of the Week is Braxten Therrien! Coach says "Braxten has shown a lot of improvement over the season and has such a positive attitude. Good energy and good body language can do a lot for you in sports and he excels in those areas, especially since he always has a smile on his face. He has been a lot of fun to be around and we look forward to seeing him contine wrestling in the future. "

Our Female Athlete of the Week is Kobie Price. Coach says " Kobie consistently shows up and works hard. Her work ethic will take her very far in life. She has a passion for competing that you can’t coach and we’re very thankful and blessed she tried wrestling this year."

Our Male Athlete of the Week is Miles Uttinger. Coach says "Miles has been killing it this year. He is a ball of energy and always has a great attitude. He is very respectful and takes instruction very well. We’re looking forward to seeing him continue to improve wrestling. "

Congratulations to Landen Jarman for being selected to the KMEA All-State Middle Level Choir! He is 1 of 200 middle school students selected for this honor from the entire state of Kansas. He will perform with the other selected students in Wichita at the end of February. Congrats once again to Landen Jarman on this incredible accomplishment! #TheBulldogWay

Today we did our drawing for 1st Quarter winner of J's for A's!! Students that are on the all A honor roll get their name in the drawing twice and the A/B honor roll gets a students name in once. We then draw a 6th, 7th and 8th grade winner! Each student that gets their name drawn earns a pair of shoes of their choosing! We are so proud to announce Elijah Whitehurst, Georgia Beckner and Toby Colon are the winners! We are thankful to Hugo's for donating the money for this amazing incentive!!! We appreciate them helping us motivate students! Keep getting those grades!!!! #TheBulldogWay
