MS Teacher of the Month is... Gabriella Johnson.
Mrs. Johnson goes above and beyond to help her students. Recently she was just trying to figure out how to get one of them signed up to play sports. She is always willing to have over full classes and take on new projects. Mrs. Johnson almost always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She makes everyone feel important and appreciated. Her students say "she is a great teacher for art and works really hard for advisory".

Student of the month for December is a model student and follows The Bulldog Way each and every day! This student comes to class prepared, works hard during class, participates in class activities and helps others when needed. Also stays focused and isn't distracted by others. She is kind and is a great friend to peers.
Student of the month for December is Sophie Ballew

Mr. Ellison's Career and Life Planning class have the opportunity to shadow a career of their choice as part of their final. Morgan Wheeler and Kalista Kimzey shadowed at Eggbert's and Joshlyn Martinez and Carsyn Little shadowed Lindsey Atkins at Advanced Physical Therapy. Thank you to Mr. Ellison and Mrs. O'Kane for this great opportunity for our students and to the Independence Community for opening their doors to our IMS students! Stay tuned for more pictures this week.
