HS Weights - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Boys - 6:30-8:00 am or 8:00-9:30 am
Girls - 6:30-8:00 am
MS weight - Monday-Thursday
Boys and Girls - 9:30-10:30 at the HS weight room. #BulldogStrong
