Ronda works hard, is helpful, and gives it her best every day. When you ask her for help or something, she does her best to help you. She does not ask for recognition and does small things, like fixing messed-up posters, when no one asks. She is also willing to cover your class for a moment so you can go to the restroom if she is around.
