The IMS Teacher of the Month for October is Michaele Kastler.
Mrs. Kaster is the kind of teacher every student and colleague is lucky to have. Her quiet leadership, especially in AVID, speaks volumes—she leads not with noise, but with impact. She's deeply collaborative, always ready to lend a hand, and brings out the best in those around her. Her patience, kindness, and constant focus on what’s best for kids make her a standout educator. Whether she’s guiding students or supporting her peers, she does it all with a great laugh and a heart full of purpose. We’re grateful for all she brings to our school community!
