The beginning of the year can be confusing, if you're in a long line, just be patient. Once things begin moving, it goes pretty quickly. Our outside staff will work hard to get to know your kids & cars to help the process move faster.
It works best for parents picking up kids to stay in/with their vehicle rather than parking in the lot.
