Bulldog Summer Weights Schedule for June and July. Coaches will communicate the schedule with the student/athletes about the August schedule.
Start June 6th
July 4-10 Summer Moratorium-No Weights
Girls - 6:30-8:00 am Mon Tues Thurs.
11th and 12th grade Boys - 6:30-8:00 am
9th and 10th grade Boys - 8:00-9:30 am
Mon Tues Thurs
Wednesday - Sports specific for all athletes. No Weights for the HS students.
Middle School Weights - 9:30-10:30
