Kids CREW is an after school program designed to provide extended academic and enrichment opportunities beyond the regular school day. Your child will have the opportunity to use and develop reading, math, writing, spelling, science, computer, and art skills in a fun, structured, and safe environment. Enrollment is open to students enrolled in Kindergarten through sixth grade. Kids CREW is staffed by certified teachers, para-professionals, community volunteers, and tutors.
Program Goals

Increase family and community involvement in the education of today's youth.
Provide opportunities for improved student literacy and academic skills.
Encourage the development of positive and healthy relationships among students.

Kids CREW Staff Information
To apply for an after-school staff position, click on the APPLICATION. Complete and return to the Board of Education Office, 517 N. 10th Street, Independence, KS 67301. Positions are filled as needed.
