Phase Stipend Amounts (Beginning July 1, 2004):

Phase 1 = $100
Phase 2 = $125
Phase 3 = $150
Phase 4 = $175
Phases 5, 6, & 7 = $200 each
Phases 8, 9, 10 = $300 each
