The Campus Portal provides a place for students and parents of enrolled students to view student schedules, assignments and communications from the district.  The links below show how a parent can create an account and navigate within the Campus Portal site.

Parents

How to create an account.  Parents will need to create an account before they can login to the Campus Portal.  In order to do this an Activation Key is needed, also called a GUID.  This will be distributed at Parent Teacher Conferences.  It will not be available for distribution until then.  If you do not attend conferences, contact the office at the school your child attends.  All children in a household will be linked together after your account is created, so you should only need the Activation Key for one child.  The Activation Key or GUID is a long random letter and number code.  In order to minimize communication error, if you are unable to attend conferences and upon your request for access, the code will be mailed to you or you may arrange to pick it up in the office.  Please see building contact information below:

Once you have obtained your Activation Key (GUID) then you may navigate to the Campus Portal site by clicking HERE.  The first time you visit this page you will want to click on the orange HELP button at the lower right of the page.  Click on the link that follows "If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key". This will allow you to enter your Activation Key that you received from school staff.  Click Submit after typing in the Activation Key.

Next you will be asked to enter a username and password. Please keep the following in mind:

The username should include letters and numbers.

The password must be at least 8 characters long and must include meet three of the four complexity requirements listed here:

Use lowercase letters (a, b, c)

User uppercase letters (A, B, C)

User numbers (1, 2, 3)

Use symbols (@, #, &)

Type the same password in the Verify Password field.

Click the Create Account button.

 

How to login.  After you have created your Parent Account it's time to login to the Campus Portal site.  Click HERE to go to the login page.  Type in your username and password and click on the Sign In >> button.

Forgot Password.  If you have forgotten your password you may reset it yourself.  Click HERE to go to the login page. Click the orange Help button at the lower right of the page.  Click the Forgot Username or Forgot Password links to reset these and follow the instructions.  Note that an email will be sent to the account that you used in the initial setup of your Portal account. You may also be required to answer questions to confirm your identity.  If you require further assistance, contact the school your child attends.

Updating Contact Info.  After you have logged into your Portal account you may verify and update any of the contact information that we have on file for you.  Select User Account > Contact Preferences to update how we contact you through the Infinite Campus system.  For example, you may wish to be emailed for General messages and receive a cell phone call for Attendance messages.  Please follow the online instructions to set these preferences.  Note that all changes made to demographic and contact information must be approved by school staff before the change is reflected on your Portal account.

Students

How to create an account. Student accounts are created automatically.  Click HERE to go to the login page.  Your username is your district-assigned student number.  Your password is first initial (lowercase), last initial (lowercase), and birthdate in the format of MMDDYY.  For example if your name is James Madison and your birthdate is March 16, 1751 then your password would be jm031651.

How to login.  Students follow the same process as parents to login to their Portal account.  Click HERE to go to the login page.  Type in your username and password and click on the Sign In >> button.
