Independence High School girls have been picked 2nd in the Southeast
Kansas League by the coaches. The following is the results of the
coaches poll that was held Monday 11/17/08: 1st - Ft. Scott, 2nd -
Independence, 3rd - Labette County, 4th - Iola, 5th - Chanute, 6th -
Pittsburg, 7th - Field Kindley, 8th - Parsons, 9th - Columbus. 11/28/08 - Varsity / Junior Varsity Girls Basketball and the Freshman Girls Basketball teams now have their 2008-09 picture and rosters posted.
